My Sequentis Health Story – Vicky
Before joining Sequentis Health, I worked across insights, market access, and commercial strategy, eager to focus on insights and learn from those with client-side experience.
At the time, Sequentis Health was a new start-up, and after speaking with Darren, I was convinced this was the right place to grow. Joining a start-up was a risk, but I saw huge potential and taking the leap was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
From day one, Sequentis Health felt like the perfect fit. My ideas were encouraged, and I helped shape company processes and culture. Here, anyone can make an impact by stepping up to challenges.
Since joining, I’ve been promoted several times. What began as a consulting role has since expanded to include Chief of Staff responsibilities. Supporting my colleagues’ growth is as fulfilling as my own.

A Day in the Life – Dipika
No two days are the same as a Consultant at Sequentis Health – it’s the constant variety, challenge, and learning that keep things exciting.
I usually start with a quick team check-in to align on priorities for the day. From there, I dive into a mix of tasks: exploring therapy areas, designing research materials, moderating or observing interviews, analysing findings, building reports, presenting insights, and supporting proposal development.
I collaborate closely with senior team members who are approachable, supportive, and generous with their expertise. It’s clear that my development is taken seriously, which makes a big difference.
Before wrapping up, I take time to review what’s been accomplished and map out priorities for the next day.
What stands out most? The variety, the continuous learning, and the people. Even on the busiest days, the team makes everything feel achievable – and every day feels like meaningful progress.
