Through championing innovative approaches and technologies, he pushes our offerings to new heights, keeping Sequentis Health at the forefront of healthcare market research.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys teaching his young, UK-based children about American traditions such as baseball, Thanksgiving, and hot dog eating contests.

As one of the Founding Partners at Sequentis Health, Darren’s role is broad. He remains closely involved in project work for both new and existing clients, while also taking responsibility for many of the business-related aspects of the company.
Darren has a strong passion for uncovering and delivering insights that help clients make informed strategic decisions. He is also deeply committed to ensuring a superior client experience — one of Sequentis Health’s core principles and something the team works hard to maintain as the business grows.
Outside of work, Darren is kept busy looking after and playing with his two young kids. When he does find a bit of spare time, he enjoys exercising, watching football, and reading.

Will Simpson
As Principal, US Business Lead, Will oversees the management and operations of Sequentis Health’s US business. This includes taking a hands-on role in client engagements and strategy, as well as fostering the growth of a US-based team.
Throughout his career, Will has had the opportunity to support the launch of several global pharmaceutical brands across various therapeutic areas. His experience spans the product lifecycle, encompassing engagements from early opportunity assessments through to pre-launch strategy and post-launch tracking. This experience has shaped his perception of what true partnership entails for his clients.
Will is trained in both qualitative and quantitative research, with a particular interest in exploring novel research methodologies. He has previously presented papers at industry conferences advocating for the use of such approaches in specific types of client engagements. Although not academically trained in behavioral science, Will is well-versed in behavioral science principles and is passionate about applying them to market research settings.
As a new dad, much of Will’s time outside of work is now spent with his young family. As a British expatriate living in the US, Will’s sporting passions are equally divided between following his beloved Everton and the Las Vegas Raiders.

Victoria Hunter
As an Associate Principal at Sequentis Health, Victoria is an experienced project lead, with significant experience leading strategic, qualitative, and quantitative studies globally across all phases of the product life cycle.
Victoria aims for full immersion into business questions that go into research and, as an expert moderator, leads on English-speaking moderation for all of her qualitative research studies to ensure outputs are of the highest quality. She has a passion for early asset and pre-launch market research such as (but not limited to) market landscape assessment, patient journeys, and opportunity assessments. However, she equally loves post-launch research with established brands.
Victoria also holds an important internal role as Chief of Staff. Alongside leading projects, she helps improve internal processes, supports team development, and makes sure everything stays on track as Sequentis Health continues to grow.
Outside of work, you will find Victoria spending quality time and relaxing with her partner and friends in the coffee shops, restaurants, and serene parks of East London. As well, trying to maintain a gym routine!
